Saleem: Rubeena’sTestimony: April 2012

My name is Rubeena and I am 16 years old. I had 2 sisters and I was living happily life with my parents and other family members. We are all laborers and earn daily wages, which is hardly enough to fulfill our need for food, clothing and necessities of daily life.

One day we heard that my parents and one sister had died in an accident and after the death of my parents, we started to live in one of our uncle’s home – my sister and I thought our life would be same but we didn’t know our life was going toward danger and this home just used us like servants and were not giving us food and clothing and personal things and they just put us outside under open sky… Whenever my uncle’s son came he raped me and told me not tell any one otherwise I would not have any place in the home… it went on 2-3 months and one day I did try to tell my uncle and aunt this and they started to beat me up very badly and warned me that soon they would send me out and that I would have no place in this world to live and I got affriad and always thought, “What will happen if this family kicks me and my younger sister out? then who is out side to take care of us!!!”

One day my younger sister got very sick and I asked to my uncle and aunt to please bring my sister to the doctor otherwise she would die but they didn’t say any thing and went into thier room – my sister and I were alone outside under open sky without bed & bedding and then suddenly my sister stopped breathing I started crying. When my Uncle came back he told me to stop and my aunt said: ”Kick them out”

It was hard and I was now alone and one day Sister Saima and other church ladies came into our street and when Sister Saima heard about this she talked with my aunt to see if she would allow her to live in ”Father Cares Orphange” and immediately my aunt said it is would ok for us and now she is burden on us!!!

So now please, do remember her in your prayers and kindly stretch out your hand to share the Love of Christ that we can save her life from this brutal relative and bring her into ”Father Cares Orphange”.

Pastor Roshan’s testimony of his healing and calling

The Bible Says:
“For whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved”
Rom 10:13

It was 1995 when I was got so sick I was about to die. I was not able to walk or talk and had to be carried to the doctor by my uncle. The doctor checked me and gave me medicine, but those were useless.

My whole family was praying for me, when all of a sudden tears come out from my eyes and I looked towards the LORD JESUS CHRIST: “If you will let me (live) then I will devote my whole life to you. Dear GOD I beg you.” Then I read the a Bible verse which has changed my my life forever: “For whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved” (Acts 2:21). Eventually I got better and today I am serving my LORD. In 1997 I began to visit villages near to my (home) village because Bible says, “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15) . I was water baptized in 1998 and after three months received the Holy Spirit baptism. “I have been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me” (Gal. 2:20).

In 1998 I joined a dairy milk factory called “HALEEB”, (receiving) a handsome salary. In factory some of my seniors used to advise me, saying, “This factory is not for you. You should serve your GOD according to your Christian religion.” I was not ready for that and was still seeking GOD’s answer. Finally, in 2001 a Pastor came from England, and (advised) me to just get rid of that job and give 24/7 to GOD.

Having accepted GOD, lots of hurdles came into my life and family. But I was determined, and kept facing every resistance.

2006 I got married to a beautiful lady (and testify): “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from from God ” (Prov. 18:22). I am grateful to GOD for giving me my wife and a very handsome son who’s name is Adam Christ.

We are self supported and (for) outreach we collect the funds from our (supporters) and present them to the needy people (for example we give aid to widows, orphans, pastors, children’s education, and arrange small meetings like Women Awareness).

I and my prayer team are praying for the LORD to give us more resources to help many (more) people. We believe LORD JESUS, that whenever we ask him, he showers his blessing upon us.

“For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain” Phil. 1:21

Monsoon Emergency Appeal

On behalf of Spring Branch Church, registered under the Societies registration Act, XXI of 1860 no. RJSC/DISTT RWP/34 with the Government of Pakistan , and being Founder & Chairman, I would like to attract your kind attention for the recent monsoon devastation of Islamabad.

I got many phone calls from people and then I decided I should go. I visited yesterday before and I saw numbers of Christian people in Slums of Islamabad have been driven from their homes in the area’s worst monsoon yesterday before. The estimate of 100 homes destroyed. They lost every thing even they don’t have food to eat.

It is really very hard time for them; I saw with my own eyes. I can not see tears of Christian nation.

Ezra lost her sewing Machine. It was the tool of her every day food. Her family is to much worry about that.
We would like to provide food to Victim families but we need your support & love. Each family’s need is $32 for one week food.

I would like to request you please help send God’s love and hope to the nation of Pakistan during this monsoon season. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your support.

Monsoon Emergency Appeal: Pakistan

The recent monsoon devastation of Islamabad has had a very demoralizing effect on the residents there. Our CMM Pastor Latif Masih says he has received many phone calls from people, who have lost everything. Many have nothing to eat even. In visiting the area hardest hit, Pastor Masih saw large numbers of Christian people, living in the slums of Islamabad, who have been driven from their homes in the area’s worst monsoon in recent memory. It is estimated that 100 homes were destroyed, in that one area. One woman he ministered to had lost her sewing machine, which was her family’s only means of livelihood. Pastors Latif, Ayub Sagar and Nadeem Saleem are working to provide food to the victims of this disaster. It takes only $32 to support a family in Pakistan with food for a week. Help CMM to love people through disaster relief.
